HOW IS MY ITEM SHIPPED?
The items are shipped through USPS or UPS. You will have the option at check out.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ONLINE ORDER?
The orders are processed in 1-3 days and should arrive within 7 days after being shipped.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Although we understand there are unexpected circumstances, unfortunately, there is a strict no refund policy. However, it may be possible to make arrangements or changes to a date/time/order.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A READING?
The readings are sent via email within 5 business days from the date and time you booked.
Example: Sherry books a love reading on January 1st, 2022 at 3 P.M. Sherry will receive her reading no later than January 6th, 2022, at 3 P.M.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT'S BEEN PLACED?
There is NOT a guarantee that an order can be changed after it's processed. However, we will do our best to accommodate you!
